/api/public/v1/support/uploads/{uploadId}
LiveSend one chunk (PUT ?index=N) or complete the upload (POST).

Response
PUT: { received: N }. POST: { attachment: { id, filename, contentType, sizeBytes } }, or 409 with the list of chunks received if some are missing.
